We provide an exclusive engine analysis service, fault diagnosis and breakage analysis geared towards R&D for all competition engines. Through this analysis we are able to provide the client a detailed diagnosis and a complete panorama of the engine in question. Upon request, this analysis service can also be performed on-site. |

TYPES OF ENGINES WE WORK WITH: We primarily work with automobile and motorcycle motors that participate in the following sporting competitions: GT engines for sprint and endurance competitions, NASCAR, F1, drag races, prototypes, time attack, Hill-climb, rally/raid, and general off-road. We work with engines that participate in different sporting competitions, in order to satisfy the discretion that we guarantee our clients, for R&D activities we have decided to collaborate with only a single team or constructor for each single competition category.

TYPES OF ANALYSES WE CAN PERFORM AND OBJECTIVES: Depending on each individual case and request we provide various ENGINE ANALYSES:

ENGINE FAULT DIAGNOSIS: This type of analysis aims to identify the fault and identify the root cause. In this case we provide both a detailed diagnosis on the failure, and the various solutions to be implemented to solve the problem. |
FAILURE AND BREAKAGE ANALYSIS: This analysis is carried out only in the event of a breakage of a specific engine component, mainly to determine and analyse the mode of breakage of the component; In this case too, all the various solutions are proposed to prevent the reoccurrence of the anomaly. |
COMPLETE ENGINE ANALYSIS PRE AND POST RUNNING:
The engine is analyzed and checked during the first assembly and then completely disassembled and re-examined after several tests and several hours of operation. This allows us to verify the correct "behavior" of the engine and allows us to understand in detail the improvement margins obtained; both in terms of reliability and performance. |
PERFOMANCE IMPROVEMENT ANALYSIS: The main goal of this exclusive analysis service is to identify and implement changes on all the factors that can further increase engine performance. An initial analysis is performed to have a global view of the engine, then checks and tests are performed on all the specific components that affect the volumetric and mechanical efficiency. |
RELIABILITY IMPROVEMENT ANALYSIS: This type of analysis is aimed at developing and solving general reliability problems of the engine and problems present on individual components. Through the detailed analysis of the engine it is possible to identify all the critical issues in terms of wear and deformations, design errors, metallurgical defects, process errors and any assembly errors; it also allows us to determine the useful life of the individual components that make up the engine. |
PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY ANALYSIS FOR TEST BENCH / ON-TRACK TESTING: This type of service is needed to perform a detailed, behavioral investigation of the engine in particular, high-stress scenarios that are simulated through dynamic tests performed both on test bench dyno and on-track. Depending on the test, factors related to reliability or motor performance and power output are analyzed.
